Our Story

Britannia IT Services was founded in 2014 by Alex Ashe and Justin Sharrock, two IT professionals who saw a gap in the market for truly reliable, transparent and proactive IT support.

Having worked in the industry for years, they experienced first-hand the frustration businesses faced with IT providers who were reactive rather than proactive, and who hid behind jargon and complex contracts. They set out to build something different.

Starting from a small office in Southport, Merseyside, Britannia IT has grown to support businesses right across the UK. From sole traders to organisations with hundreds of employees, we provide the same level of care, expertise and dedication to every single client.

Today, we are proud to be one of the most trusted IT support companies in the North West and beyond, with a team of dedicated engineers and a portfolio of services that covers every aspect of modern business technology.
